She’s grand in size and heart with a sweet disposition.  “Boston” is a 12 year old bay AQHA mare. She is 15.3 hands / 1100-1200 lbs (wears a 36-38” girth) Granddaughter of Zippo Pine Bar on top & Boston Mac on the bottom.  You will never have problems loading or unloading this mare.  She goes where ever you point her nose. 

Has been roped off of out of box, hazed and has potential as a rope horse.  She naturally wants to get ahead of the cow so she’d be good @ bulldogging too.  She has Team Penned/Sorted.  She has changed many herds of cattle during our events @ Smoke Rise Ranch.  She enjoys cutting.  Allot of speed and agility. 

She’s great for working other horses off of.  I’ve started colts from her back.  Never get off the horse to open gates again, you can do it all in the saddle.  Very athletic mare!  FABULOUS TRAIL HORSE...as a matter of fact, you don’t even need a trail on this horse.  She’ll go anywhere.  Check her once and she’ll tiptoe through the water crossings or kiss her up and she’ll soar over them.  She has also been shot off of for Cowboy Mounted Shooting.

She has been shown in 1st level dressage & schooling shows.  Excellent mover, lead canter departure, flying lead changes, big stops. I have jumped this mare.  She has been in the Hunt Field. She does not mind the dogs either.  This mare has potential to be what ever you want.

 She has never been sick and is an easy keeper. Look at the photos!  I pulled her off winter grass pasture three days prior!  My Son @ 6 yrs. old would ride her and he’d rather ride a motorcycle!  I have ridden this mare in parades and pony her outside my truck so she is also very vehicle savvy.  She has had one foal, excellent mother. I had ridden her one time since her breeding and mentally she was exactly where I left her a year and a half before. These pictures were taken that day! I will be using her daily until sold. Too many horses at the time to ride my own for pleasure.  This mare is only going to get better. Great mare!
